TERMS & CONDITIONS NEW CLIENTS: In order to provide you with the best service possible, you MUST schedule the New Client Consultation before booking any services. PAYMENT INFORMATION: - You must pay a deposit at the time of booking or the appointment will not be scheduled. - The Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied to the fee for your scheduled service. - Remaining balances are to be paid in CASH upon completion of services being rendered. - In the event that you can't make your scheduled appointment, you will receive 1 complimentary reschedule on another available date, subject to availability. The Deposit is only valid for one (1) cancellation & complimentary reschedule (see Cancellation Policy below). CANCELLATION POLICY: - If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, PLEASE CALL to ensure you can still be accommodated or to reschedule (202-386-0571). - Please be advised that cancellations/reschedules made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via text, phone call, the website or email will be processed without a penalty. - If DMV Pro Braids, LLC cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be rescheduled without charge to the client, subject to availability. - You can reschedule or cancel an appointment by logging into your member page, texting or calling 202-386-0571 (preferred) or emailing info@dmvprobraids.com. - After the 1st accommodated, complimentary rescheduled appointment, any subsequent cancellations of that same appointment made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be noted and subject to the following re-booking charges before being able to book again: -- $50 if the scheduled service takes less than 2 hours or -- half of the service fee if the appointment takes more than 2 hours - Appointments where the client is a no-show, the client will be banned from booking in the future. --- ** By scheduling and attending your appointment at DMV Pro Braids, LLC you agree to assume all associated risks and liability. Additionally, by scheduling and attending your appointment, you agree to hold DMV Pro Braids, LLC harmless for any issues or illnesses that arise during or after the performance of services and you agree not to sue, complain, or leave negative reviews based on any issues and illnesses that arise during or after the performance of services.
